Maintaining a steady & deepening daily meditation practice is a worthy New Year's resolution. Doing so can involve renewing commitment, finding new inspirations, and tweaking practices to better serve our current needs. This Saturday workshop will support such aims with body, heart, and cognitive-oriented practices and an experiential format of guided practices, followed by explanations and clarification of questions. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, content will be adjusted to the needs of those present. We aim to help you take these practices home and into your lives.
To learn more about our teacher Santikaro and his Dhamma refuge in southwestern Wisconsin, please visit the Liberation Park website. For questions or more information about the workshop, please contact Ellen.
To attend you must register through EventBrite. The registration fee is $15 to cover expenses. For Santikaro's effort & teaching, dana (goodwill donation) is gratefully accepted. All dana supports Liberation Park and Santikaro’s work.
