Uncertainty: It's Not So Bad — an online Thaypassana Retreat

Uncertainty and change are facts of life — everything changes — yet we often spend our energy futilely trying to make life solid, predictable, and unchanging. This resistance causes us to suffer. The good news is that we can become at ease in an uncertain and ever-changing world if we recollect the truth of the way it is.

In this one-and-a-half-day Thaypassana retreat, we’ll explore relating to uncertainty with mindfulness and wisdom. Doing so opens the heart/mind to release, joy, and ease.

Janice Sheppard and David Haskin will guide us through a day and a half that includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, Qigong and Discussion Groups.

It is recommended you participate with a computer, rather than by phone for the best retreat experience. Attendance for the entire day and a half is encouraged.

Afternoon 1:00- 5:45 pm
